Visitors Guide Illustration
Spectrum Leisure Complex in Guildford, is known as the UK’s number one leisure facility.  Spectrum asked The Maltings Studios to create an illustrated 2D map of the entire site, showing all the facilities within the leisure complex. They requested an easy, fun style to match their brand identity.

 

Our Solution
After visiting Spectrum for a site survey and to understand how each area interconnects, a graphic style was chosen, influenced by the brilliant eBoy – each section is illustrated onto an isometric grid to achieve a three-dimensional style map of Spectrum. The illustration is used as an A3 map and forms part of their visitors guide to Spectrum.
